As a continuation of the previous one, this 5-week course of Ceramic for Beginner: Handbuilding 2 will help the participants to take their creations further by developing new shapes and adding decorations, hence making them more unique and becoming one-of-a-kind. Other than the hand-building techniques, we will introduce you to some basic techniques in using wheel throwing, that you can practice when the machine is available. In the final week, you will learn more about kickstarting your own ceramic studio, using some well-known business tools and strategies.
 
This course is offered in two formats: recorded video sessions and in-person meetings. Each week, participants will have access to 2 to 4 exclusive pre-recorded videos. For the in-person sessions, participants are welcome to attend up to two 120-minute class at UPH LV Main Campus, Karawaci, Tangerang, where they will learn with the instructor and use the campus facilities to deepen their knowledge, understanding, and skills in ceramics. Each week, project recommendations will be provided for participants, and these projects will be thoroughly discussed during the in-person sessions.
